Nor I. If you want people to avoid you, just hang out near me; i'm like one of those insect repellers you plug into your mains, only I repel people. (Spiders, however, are drawn to me, if I enter a room with a Spider in it, it'll try and get as close to me as possible; damn these fear-sensing bugs...)

But I love people they are so interesting! Except Swimmers! They are just well crappy.

hey now, why the prejudice against us aquatically-inclined humans?

I was a swimmer. they are bunch of a-holes. Who know nothing of life! That and they insulted alot of people I liked and one of them said they were going to rape this one girl. And Immediately thought to myself. Uhh. Good-bye swim team, as each and every single one of them did that.

well thats a very specific case that seems to have tainted your opinion of swimmers understandably, however believe me when I say that not all swimmers are gang-rapists.

Well its high school, plus i dislike the sport more than ever, ever since last year. That and I want to train for Philmont, New Mexico. Because I am very serious in getting ready and I need to get back in shape and ensure it doesn't screw up my personal life. Like swimming did.

Every night is a lonely night...

However, to answer the OP's question. Surfing/stalking Dakka, painting dark eldar and playing video games all to music are good ways to pass such time.

To quote the Channel 4 show, Peep Show: "I'm cancelling out of shame, like my subscription to White Dwarf"

well there are public pools to swim at in most areas but if swimming gives you 'nam flashbacks of your swim team days then by all means find an alternate form of exercise. And yes high school is exactly that, high school, a crazy trial period where teens get to play at life and relationships and by and large fail horribly/make a mess of things/hurt others, however like all gauntlets once you make it through you don't have to endure it anymore.

Talked to my coach and my family. And My father hates it, but my mother sees it as not quiting but a good idea as my grades last time i went into swimming slipped and I didn't do so well that, and the fact that My entire family suffered due to me not being here.

It's like groundhog day, only you stay poor and don't get to sleep with anyone.

Well you shouldn't buy the new Call of Duty in the first place anyway.

while I don't have much to say about its single player (was far too short for my liking, and a bit poorly put together even if it had good ideas), its multiplayer is just fine. A good mix of old and new concepts, doing Modern Warfare 2 like it SHOULD have been done.

It depends on which map and server you're playing. Maps with wide open areas have lots of sniper camping spots available. Smaller maps tend to be much more hectic...

Don't you get enough...Shooting? It seems a bit weird to want to play a FPS when you're actually on a tour....

Well think of it this way-- in an FPS game, you don't have to worry about your head actually getting blown off. You'll respawn.

Basically an FPS is a soldier's playground. Even the most purportedly realistic FPS game isn't, and so one doesn't have to act as careful as they do IRL.
