That's looking really good! Should be fantastic to play on!

I don't think you need to worry about there being open lanes from side to side. There should be some places where the longer range knights have the advantage over the melta cannons and lancers. Just should be shooting from spawn to spawn.

Knight Fight Thursday is sold out. Friday only has a couple of slots open and this was only after the first day of registration.

Finally gonna get some time away from work and work on the board. My brother is coming up for the feast and give me a hand with the layout, assembly and possibly some base painting.... Oh and turkey will be consumed. Happy holidays all.

As part of my list of things to do, one was to finish my last Knight. It's not finished yet but it's close. I have another Knight of this type but I have lost some parts so I'll use it as a part of my Warhound Titan base.

You lost parts?!Do you have the complete arms? You could get a lancer or whatever and magnitize him him.

No missing the upper bicep pieces and the connector that connects the legs to the torso. Still more than enough for a Titan display base. Thinking 'crushed under foot'.

Thanks. Not quite the all orange of my other 2. I wanted some uniqueness.

Not as much time as I wanted to devote to my Adepticon Knight Fight table.

All the buildings are base painted. The layout is generally set though I might tweak it a bit when I get more details done.

Here is where I am now. The tallest buildings represents the center of the table. The buildings get shorter as they go out to the players table edge.

I'll have a base constructed for the buildings to sit on. Just need to figure out how many sections I need to have (due to transporting it in my truck) and how to assemble it so it's solid enough to play on.

Now till March.. details.. oh and a Warlord Titan.

I unfortunately look like I might miss AdeptiCon this year (for the first time in years!) but Lorek is going to be pledged to showing ingtaer a good time if he can make it (all the way from New Zealand!) so maybe he can fill in my spot

I'm curious about the Warlord too, is it going to be part of the event??

With all this terrain you should definitely make this an official AdeptiCon registered event next year!

I picked up one last year as my big purchase. I got at least 1 of all the available weapons. Joel and I will be using it it the Titanicus event along with my Reaver.

I thought you got a Warhound. Which is also what you asked me about the base for.....

No, the Warhound is going to join my Reaver in the Original Titanicus game. Used by me or my brother.

This year I am running KF twice as a registered event. Thursday and Friday, With Saturday being for us Wardens. Looks like we already going to be missing WM, so we have room to add a few folks. Hopefully the rest of the Wardens are good to go.

As you can see from my previous posts I have added 2 more available Knights to my collection, bringing my total to 8 with 7 available for the game. With Gits, Gunther and Joel's being available, we should be close to 13 that we can supply. I'm guessing the players will generally want to bring their own so we're covered..

In the Wardens game, Rad's makes 14. Spot on.

So looking forward to seeing you all.

Yeah... I've streamline a few things but also made data sheets that will have everything you need on it, No calc's in one's head. Should play much faster.

Also if you have a guest that you want to invite we are down 4 Wardens this year, so let me know or bring them along. we'll have more than enough Knights to go around.

Back to the Terrain.

Adepticon finished. Both event went well and we're well received. New rules played well and greatly spead up the action. Going tweek a few rules based off of the feedback for next year.

Wardens game was different without a good chunk of them not attending. We invited some folks so had a full table none the less. We missed our fellow warders.

Table worked well. Still planning to do more detailing. Barely had time to finish the basics. Had plenty of Knights available. However did manage to purchase a few more filling out the remaining missing knights in my collection.

New Knight data sheets really worked well, not only for keeping all the data in one place but tracking wounds and victory points as well.

Thanks to Joel, Art, Brent, Rad, Ramos + others to help carry the board, kept the game moving and kept track of wandering players. I look forward to doing this again next year.

Having been at all three games, I can confidently say that they were well received and enjoyed by everyone. Very nicely done SL. You've been working on this a long time and it's nice to see all that hard work come to fruition.

I have a ton of photos of my own to add, but it'll need to wait until I have WiFi access.

Still a few more tweeks for next year. Might extend the time out a bit longer. Got good reviews from several players blogs. Lancers still rules the top of the list. Thought the close confined board and non rotating turn order only made them better. Will look to making some changes in turn order.

We played in the 28mm Titanicus game. legio Crucius was well represented. No Warlords. 3 Reavers and 3 Warhounds.
Our team was victorious. Gunther's warhound was nigh indestructible. I've included a pic of Git's Reaver as proof it saw it's first action.

We played a bunch of xwing. Including a massive pt game. Over 1200 pts by adding reinforcements every turn. It was a blast, super chaotic and ended up pretty close.

Good food, Ramos and I went for Udon on Sunday that was amazing. I'm still craving it.

Yeah. Sorry warhound. You can see it in the pics. Not quite finished. FW doesn't make any Legio Crucius decals anymore.
So that's a bummer.

But still ... I'm considering getting an additional Titan for next year. It'll either be a Warlord or the Nemisis. It I go Warlord I go with launchers instead of lasers blasters.

What would you get?

My big purchases this year was 2 additional knights. An additional Lancer I'm trading for Gunther's Magaera and a Styrix. That should complete my collection.

Re: New Titan. The Warlord should be getting some new arm options this year, like quake cannon, so that could be cool. But also I really want a Warmonger.

PS... Ramos ended up winning the Wardens Saturday night game.

I got the shield from a Cpt America action figure. Not the clearest pic, but hopefully you can get the gist.

You and Moon were missed for sure, WM as well. The trash talk between you and whale just is an essential part of the Wardens game.

We played 3 games of Knight Fight. 2 as an event and Sat wardens game.

Some wardens played in the event game as we had some no shows for the second game. We also had invited some non wardens to play in our Sat game as we were short a few Wardens. Hopefully ice, Moon, Rides and WM come next year.

Ice and moon has Knight kits, though I don't know if they have assembled them yet. Ramos just got a Lancer. So we will be overflowing in Knights.
