ok i got my last battlewagon in the mail so i thought i would re-post my list to see if any one got some final feedback.
the few things that bother me are that there is no PK in the BW that the mek is riding in and no RPJs on any of the wagons.

Big Mek can have a powerklaw or you can add the nob + PK to that unit for 35 pts by maybe adjusting the nob biker gear slightly. I'm not a fan of cybork bodies, especially with a 4+ cover save, 4+ armor save, 4+ feel no pain already. Seems like a waste (i.e., don't charge instant-kill or power weapon units anyway).
Otherwise, seems like a fun list.

Nice list, maybe replace a unit or two of slugga boys with shoota boyz.
shootas can still hold their own in combat easily enough, can perform drive-by shootings, and if holding an objective, can lend there slightly better range to the fight and shoot stuffz

most people know how much of a pain the nob bikers can be so they get hit with lots of s8+ attacks so the cyborks really help!!!!
i am thinking about running a trukk of shootas for objectives holders.
my biggest worry is that one unit that dose not have a PK. and would really love to have a RPJ on each BW.

What do you prefer, having bad armor saves, never getting to use them, and not having to pay anything for that,
OR
having good armor saves, being the target of low AP weapons, never getting to use them, and having to overpay for it?
Everything's a trade-off. Bad saves might hurt a little on peripheral stuff (trukks exploding, regular assault wounds, that sort of thing), but it would aggravate me more to see my precious 3+ power armor saves nipped over and over by my burnas and power klaws. Pick yer poison.

Big Mek should just stay in the wagon, so Bosspole not worth the 5pts. Thats 5pts free. Boss should have a pole of bossiness. Thats 5 points gone. I would rather have nobs with PKs in all squads. Especially with the ones popping out of the Wagons, the only case possible to not take them is if you run Shoota Boyz in wagons with absolutely no intention of them walking. The Nob Bikers need to have the 5++ with the cover, armour and FNP. The only weapon that can ignore all of these is the GK's anti-demon flamer, which is not going to show up often, wheres there is a lot of stuff out there that will ignore both their Arm and Cover saves (DAMN YOU BANEWOLVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves. Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase. Orks are about having the toughest units on the table. Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength. Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper. Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot. Orks about being too fething awesome to die... Thats going in my sig.

Just going off of your list w/o trying to rewrite anything.
You've got to take either a Reinforced Ram or Deff Rolla for each of your Battlewagons. It's as useful as Extra Armor was for Rhinos in 3rd edition...IE: Mandatory.

Deffrollas are nice if your venue allows them to be used against vehicles. Its a 50/50 issue. They also let you reroll difficult terrain tests.
Reinforced rams are important because they let you re-roll difficult terrain tests. Don't take them, and you'll spend a game or two immobilizing a battlewagon in a useless place and wishing you had reinforced rams.

It helps when the fastest path to your enemy is through difficult terrain. Deffrolla is better depending on how your group/flgs rules on them. But always at least have a ram so your odds of immobilizing through difficult terrain go from 1/6 to 1/36.

ok i droped 1 nob biker (the rokkit nob) so now i have a nob for that group so the mek can stay in the BW. next i traded the RPJ on the trukks for rams and used the last few points to give all the BWs rams and 2 big shoota. i would love to run deff rollers but really just dont have the points for them.

If you drop down to 1x big shoota on each BW you could give 'em all paint. The guns are really just ablative in an orky mek force. I dunno, I would do something to get everything paint. Some don't rate it but I personally SWEAR by it. That extra inch has saved my hide on several occasions.

Also, a note on why rams rock. Past 2 games against my one friend. I used a trukk that had dropped it's boyz off to tank shock infantry and both games I got a full squad to run off the board. The look on someone's face when you do that is friggen priceless.
