Yes, I know alot of people here are adults or try to act like one, but I was wondering if you know (or hope) to get something to please the gamer in you this Holiday season?

I do know that I will be getting MW2. I was with the wifey when she bought it at the store. I sooooo want to just say that I'm an adult and I should be able to open my presents when ever I want to. But, the boss said I needed to wait till Christmas Eve so the girls (who the present is "from") can see me open it.

Stupid rules. I'm a man! I run this house! I provide for this family! I should be able to open a present if I want to! *grumble, grumble*

What 'cho getting?

My mom i know got me ac2 dragon age and brutal legend. im goin to be busy.
But i feel bad she spent alot on me and i spent very little on here. She said its ok cause it is the first time i bought it with money i earned from a job outside of chores. But i still feel bad kinda.

I asked my sister for brutal legend, but I'm probably just gonna get cloths from pretty much everyone. Though me and my GF do gift cards for each other instead of presents we probably wont like so I'm hoping she'll get me a best buy card again Though if she does I'll probably be putting that toward a video card for my PC or some blu ray movies

Well, I usually ask for (And receive) at least one or two games during the holidays. This year, when my older brother came home (He won't be here for Christmas, so he gave us all early presents) got me two oldies that I asked for - No More Heroes and Resident Evil 4.

My brother is getting DJ Hero. Oy Vey.

GF is getting me Borderlands.

Dragon Age Origins. Yet another Bioware title to add to my collection.

Im getting MW2, I cant wait to play it, I have been watching online strategy guides, so I dont suck ass at it.

MW2 and a 50 dollar gift card to game stop which I may use to purchase Dragon Age Origins seeing as I have read many positive reviews on it.

Or I may save it until feb. or march for a couple up coming games....

The only big release I don't have or haven't beat has been MW2... which I asked for. It should hold me over til Bioshock 2, FFXIII, and God of War 3... *drool*

As there's nothing worth playing right now that isn't another version of games I've already plaed... my lovely girlfriend got me some old xbox and PS1 games I hadn't played in forever.

Evil Dead 1/2 for the original Xbox. Played these a million years ago and loved the 'witty comment' button. Gameplay is about a 3/5 but its Bruce Campbell...

Just to throw out my two cents, I personally don't think Dragon Age is worth buying - the gameplay is awful. It's boring for any class other than a Mage (Everything else turns into auto-attack, unless you're playing a backstab rogue). The story is good, but if you're like me and need a game to have great gameplay to be playable, I wouldn't bother.

I now have £70, so I can buy two Xbox 360 games. What to buy, what to buy.
