(I didn't know quite if this was quite the right place to post this.)

In the future I'm thinking of making my raven guard apocalypse size and so was scrabbling round about the chapter master. I so far cannot findout much about him.

So does anyone else know who he is?

Not much. I can't find him. The Raven Guard are always hard to find out about. only one who is famous is Shrike and his third company, and the first company.

He s hiding in shadows...

No, seriously, there is no chapter master fleshed out or at least mentioned somewhere officially, feel free to make your own.

The Raven Guard isnt well supported in GW fluff, just 2 named captains , maybe a change when forgeworld
throws their next IA ( including orks , IG, and ....RG ) into the ring.

Thanks for the replies guys, I may either make up my own or wait for the next imperial armour.

IA: 8 is using the 10th company from all reports. The Chapter Master remains mysterious!! I would say that he'd be in Artificer armour w/jetpacks and with a relic blade/SS. Maybe even close to what Dante would be like (without the Blood Angels stuff ).

Forgeworld may spill the beans on by releasing a name, but i highly doubt it. There is probably a better chance of it being in "Hunt for Voldarius".

I would think he would use Twin Master-Crafted Lightning Claws, Artificer Armor and a Jump-Pack, but who knows?

I have and my mind is turning away from 3 landspeeders to a venerable dread.

I think when I make him I may base it on the master of the Watch model with a different head+wings etc.

Captain Korvadye is a raven guard forge world model, and he is the chapter master of the raven guard. He can be used with the SM codex, you have to take one scout squad and all assault marines become troops. he has a jump pack, a thunder hammer and bolt pistol.

Gathering the Informations.

Korvydae is not the Chapter Master. He is the Master of the Tenth Company, aka "Master of Recruits" and holding the rank of "Captain" with the honorific title of "Shadow" attached to the front: hence "Shadow-Captain Korvydae".
Corax is not the Chapter Master, he is the Primarch meaning that he provided the Gene-Seed which they are derived from.
Shrike is not the Chapter Master. He is the Master of the Third Company, meaning he holds the rank of "Captain" again with the honorific title of "Shadow" meaning that he's referred to as "Shadow-Captain Shrike".

The current Chapter Master of the Raven Guard is unknown.

It's the same with fists.

The only fist characters people care about are Lysander and Carnak.

Our CM is at least named, but still.

The problem is people just read on Lexicanum or whatever and gloss over the fact that it says "UNKNOWN" in the Chapter Master slot.

There's next to nothing written about the Fists, I think more is known about the Crimson Fists while it's the Black Templars that get all the attention. Maybe if they produced a Pugh model alongside some decent fluff things would change. Of course yellow is not a popular colour to paint so that's always going to be a hard thing to overcome when promoting a chapter like the Fists.

Sons of Dorn
Space Marines
Phalanx.

That's BL with fists in it. that's ALL of it
And a Pugh model alongside a Lysander model would be amazing. They are easily top five, maybe even top 3 most accomplished, successful and powerful chapters.

The only large IF fluff is the legion stuff, and no more so than any other legion.

They get ONE paragraph in SM codex.

And the yellow looks really, really good, the only problem is that it is difficult to paint, and the majority of space marine players are newer to the game. Not to say veterans don't play them.

I even opted to paint mine a rich gold instead of yellow because lighter colours are so difficult.
