I'm finally getting around to updating my Ork army for ther 5th Edition. I
plan on converting the tiny old trukks into Warbuggies, preferably with TL
Rokkits using some of the gunners from my new Battlewagon and some bits.

Dakka, I need your help with comming up with Rokkit heads for the weapons.
I've heard of using expended shell casings, but I was hoping that there was an
less wasteful and cheap way of making Rokkits. Any Ideas?

There might be some aftermarket stores that have other options but this is what I will use on mine.

Pen tips work great. Even using pen tubs, with a little GS tip on the end works wonders. Hell even I can use GS to make a small pointy tip. And you dont get much cheaper then a bag of pens for a buck

Try and get hold of some IG HK missiles, and cut off right behind the front fins. Inbstant rokkits! Most guard players I know don't use them anyway, so you should be able of getting a bunch.

Havoc Launchers, much maligned and unused by most Chaos players, make excellent TL-Rokkit pods for Ork Vehicles.

So do plastic Dreadnought Missile Launcher Arms, IG Sentinel Missile Launchers, and Typhoon Launchers from marine Landspeeders.

Or just use some plastic tubing as launcher tubes, and show the crew fiddling with ammo boxes - you don't need to show the actual rokkits, so long as it's obvious what the model represents.

Good Point! That will make the few Rokkits I do have go a lot further.
