You'd be better off swapping one of your defilers for two Obliterators, for the sake of versatility.

"From the fires of Betrayal unto the blood of revenge we bring the name of Lorgar, the Bearer of the Word, the favored Son of Chaos, all praise be given to him. From those that would not heed we offer praise to those who do, that they might turn their gaze our way and gift us with the Boon of Pain, to turn the Galaxy red with the blood, and feed the hunger of the Gods."
-Excerpt from the Three Hundred and Forty-First
Book of Epistles of Lorgar

Rotting Sorcerer of Nurgle

HQ’s look ok.
Zerkers: I’d prefer a fist though.
Plague marines: I wouldn’t mix weapons.
Defilers are ok, though I would prefer one more rhino for overall armor saturation.
LR is ok for what you want to do.
But I think ‘Spear’ lists like these have lost some charm in 5 th ed. But it looks decent.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I'd keep the theme of the list and stay fully mech;
therefore, no Obliterators.
As said, mixing special weapons in a squad is a bad idea.
