What's your rules question?

This looks like it belongs in 40K general, not the rules forum.

Think this one is more for Tactics than YMDC but I'll play. I run my serg with assault weapon + 3 marines, Heavy + 4 marines.

Depends on the weapons. Las/Plas go together nicely. Flamers and Meltas do better with units that are moving.

Well this my normal load out
Tact one hvy bolter/ flamer
tact two missile launcher/ flamer
Tact three Melta gun/ multimetla
Tact four meltagun/ multimelta
Tact five las cannon/ plasmagun
tack five las Cannon/ Plasma

all Sgts are modeled with power fist and combi melta

Now your wondering were all the plasma cannons

there in my First
devie 1 4 plasma cannons
devie2 4 missile launchers
devie3 4 hvy bolters

and sgts are all power fist and combi melta too...

I normally run my combat squads as this.

Heavy weapon/ assault weapon and three marines( kinda a light devie squad)
and then Sgt with four marines.

I commonly run Sarge + 4 Bolters in the Razorback and leave the plasma gunner and the heavy weapon guy on an objective. When I do run a flamer or melta, that weapon rides with Sarge in the Razorback.
