I went looking for recent conversions that didn't involve the pred turret and couldn't find any so this was my first attempt working blind on it. Please excuse my crappy painting

Looks fine to me.

Some parts came from the LR sponsons it seems, maybe list those you have used to make it?

I ended up using the lascannon from the LR sponsons the armor cover from the sponsons both axel mounts from the sponsons and the weapons base from the LR heavy bolter(yes I had an old LR I ruined layin around)

and as far as I know you can't buy the setup but it's still an option atleast for SW

It was an old setup, available as only setup with the former rhino hull as razorback. Turret and weapons were metal.
Then GW changed the codex and it got "illegal".
They made a replacement with TL heavy bolters and TL lascannons. Again, turret + weapons in metal.
Next step was the new ( actual ) rhino hull. The razorback became full plastic but also HeavyBolter/Lascannon only.

Actually, heavy flamer or assaultcannons has to be done youreself as GW still does not provide them.
Assaultcannon is the easiest, since you just need to grab a Land Raider turret...

Pics of the old ones needed?

The lazcannon-TLPlasma is legal again in the SM vanilla codex

Nice conversion, though I'd have put the armour plate further back so that there aren't those small gaps on the top.

I'm not sure who would ever use the twin-linked heavy flamer as you'd have to get really really close to use it, pretty much base to base contact!

Here's the old turret:

First played 40k during 2nd edition, missed out 3rd and 4th, and haven't played 40k since 5th edition - but still read and occasionally paint

I toyed with the idea of using green stuff on the gap, I think when I make another I'll do that.
