Versteckt in den Schatten deines Geistes.

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience ordering from these guys. I heard of them through here a long while back, but only just did my first order from them recently. I've read about their products running into problems with customs offices in different countries due to the real plant matter they use in their basing and terrain making accessories, but I haven't ordered any of that - just resin and white metal components.

Does anything think they're likely to be stopped? What condition do the products arrive in, for those that have them? Perfect or FW quality?

Thanks everyone!

I've used them on a number of occassions for terrain materials and modelling tools/supplies, although not for a couple of years now.

I always found them to have a good variety of stock and everything has always arrived on time and without any quality/damage issues. I'd recommend them, they have a great website as you have seen.

I haven't bought any of their resin cast stuff as allot of it appears to be Hirsts Arts castings and I rather buy the moulds and do my own castings.

I can't comment on the Customs issue i'm afraid as i'm also in the UK.

I've ordered modelling stuff from them such as MIG pigments and some of the tools they sell. I've found them to be very good generally, email communication has always been quick and easy when I've wanted to ask questions.

Unfortunately I can't comment on their overseas stuff, being as I'm in England. Good luck on not getting bitten by customs.

I've had two orders from them.

The only problem was that one item (the Secondary Heat Exchanger) mould broke when they were moulding my copy so they could not ship it.

I only bought resin and metal items.

I think they are really good.

I've ordered from them several times. Always was very happy. They answered emailed questions, allowed special orders. Shipping to the US was reasonable.

Good folks.

I've ordered from them 4 times. They're brilliant imo.

The owner is a serious scratch builder himself, and I found the site thanks to the great sketch-up 3d plans he put on the Infinity game web forums for sci-fi buildings.

I'm in Ireland though, so inside the EU, ie would be very unlikely to have any customs issues.

They shipped quickly, and had good communications in my experience anyway.

I have ordered from them before and they have been great, the one time I did have a problem (order was mis-placed order for some barbed wire) they sent me an extra pack to make up for it.

i have to agree with everyone else here - orders i've had with them have arrived quickly and well packaged. Communication with them is good too - i would try contacting them about the customs issue tbh, they'll get back to you pretty quickly.
