About to eat your Avatar...

I have been trying to get friends to start up some tennis or something, but they seem to lack interest entirely.

I used to bike at least 10 miles nearly every day, and I went to the gym once or twice a week. I also did manual labor part-time to full time, until all work in this area just dried up.

Ever since getting a car (which makes my life much easier) I seem to rely on it for the most mundane tasks. If I wanted, I could simply bike the 10 miles for groceries and the like, twice or so a month. I live near a grocery store now, so I usually walk, but there is no reason for me to use my car so often, besides my psychological need to make my car insurance "worth it". The fact that most of my friends (if not all at this point) do not have cars, doesn't help in the least.

I need to pick up biking again, and get into some more active hobbies. I would love to do paintballing, but there is really not much community for it in this area, aside the fact that it is a notoriously expensive hobby.

Unfortunetly not enough as I work 10 to 11 hours a day Mon-Fri,although I do stay very active at work.
I also have a wieght bench and free wieghts that I workout with 3 times a week, just so I can stay in some sort of decent shape.

Everyday at the gym I do 45 minutes on the exercise bike, 120 sit ups, Row 2km, and arm/chest free-weight exercises at 10kg/hand.

The gym is usually totally empty, but most of te equipment is geared towards maintaining a 5'4 frame of 55kg, so it leaves much to be desired for someone like myself who is considered "Chewbacca" size over here.

Diet wise, it is a heavy vegetable diet with a lot of protien from Chicken, fish, eggs and tofu. Lately, I've only been drinking water, black coffee during the day and fruit juice at breakfast.

If you are reading this, I'd probably murder you for a nice pint. Even if it was Skol.

I do three to five minute bouts of intensive cardio boxing, usually twice a day every other day,
I try and do yoga once a day, for about ten minutes each day.

I do 25 pushups and 20 situps each night befoer I go to bed.

During the fall, spring, and summer, I ride my bike about a mile each day.

Of course you have to exercise, you need to justify that +2 STR, +2 CON bonus.

Well, with the new years resolution, Im walking/jogging into work (5.5km) and home again every day. I also hit the gym for 30mins mon to friday, doing weights three days, and a bout of cardio on various machines on the other two.

Ive combined this with a strict diet regime, and have lost 4.9 kilos since the 1st of Jan 2010.

I cycle two hours a day and run instead of walking if I have to go somewhere. So I've pretty good cardiovascular fitness. Bugger all upper body strength though. Should probably get around to doing something about that.

That's not excercise

I used to row loads, now I have less and less time. I still run as much as I can though, about 12 miles Saturday + Sunday if the weather's not terrible.

Weights from time to time, the Gym's less interesting after I got some weights at home. Still, it's fun to have an erg every now or then.
