The title is pretty self explanatory. Any help is very appreciated

A little searching turned up a Cpl_Saint here at dakka whom I think that model belongs to. Doesn't look like he's posted here since march though.

I believe this was a head swop conversion he did using a toy head.... There's a pic somwhere in his Ad mech thread.

The model is Jeremiah from the Inquisitor range. He was the sidekick of the daemonhuntress. A quick scan of the GW site looks like he is not available for sale any more. He was 54mm scal, but since he was a midget he's just about normal human size for 28mm.
