I am not sure if this is the correct spot for announcing a convention, but I am posting this for all of us dakkadakka people. You can go to the website for DieCon and see what the rules and requirements are for this RTT event. DieCon will be held in Collinsville, IL which is 4-6 miles due east of St. Louis, MO. I am not sure of how to post the link on here but the rules and requirements can be found by clicking on the Warhammer 40,000 icon with the letters "RTT" in red plastered across it.
