Well, i'm sitting here on the computer torn between the desire to finish DoW2 (3d time) and wasting time on Dakka...and this pops in my mind: why the heck does it have to be this cold outside? (I mean, it's like -25C), which brings me the totally bright idea of starting this topic. I mean, i totally hate winter. If were to go to 40k universe, shown an Eldar/ Ork/ Tau/ Nid/ w/e Xenos and be told that they make it so cold outside i'd go Kharn all the way. So, the true purpose of this bright but totally useless topic : question - how cold is where you live and, if you were to move anywhere else, where would you?

It was warm almost spring like but now dropped to a miserable -15sh.

I wanna move to a town called Kamloop's it's like 6 hours away from where I am now. And always warm.

Currently 34F out here in Minnesota. Which is warm for the time of year, honestly. I'm guessing it's going to drop down to 0 or below later tonight though.

Even though it is cold, I wouldn't move out of this place for anything (Short of some sort of zombie apocalypse). As cold as it is, Minnesota is one of the few places where you will frequently see people (In the middle of winter, mind you) running about in shorts and a t-shirt in the morning. We are manly men here in the icy Minnesotan winter wonderland!

On warm days, 20-30 degrees is warm enough to go out with just a light jacket.

I am fine. The extra jackets are zombie-bit-proof. But, they make you sweat more and kinda sucks when talking to somebody....REALLY SUCKS when I'm with a girl...

You've obviously never been to the north of England

And it is currently 2 celcius here in the sunny county of Staffordshire.
