Ok I have been looking at getting a FW titan and also starting a Gray Knights army so my questions is. Since GK are not normal SM, are part of Inquisition, and are the most loyal warriors of the Emperor do they get there own titans?

I could see why they would have such power of there own:
1) There job of kicking Deamon . They will at some paint run into a big Deamon that needs some really big fire power.
2) There loyalty, with them being so few and so loyal that much power would be in trusted hands.
3) Not being normal SM they are not under the normal rules.

I have not been playing long and I just want to get things straight so I don't paint my titan the wrong way.

Thanks,

Kervin

I wouldn't put it past them though, they have closer links to mars than other marines and when marines might be considered a scapel in the theater of war Grey knights are like a laser deadly and accurate (and then destroy everything which might know to much)

but I could see them having them, if they knew if they where going up against a deamonic titan legion for example they would have to make sure that the loyalist titans were made of the purest of metals piloted by the strongest of souls

Titans are part of a Titan Legio and those are part of the Adeptus Mechanicus.
So it seems unlikely that anyone has his own Titans, except the cogboys.
Would say Titans may be part of a joined force of several branches of the Imperium.

OTOH, the thougth of a anti-psi Titan fighting those Demon-machines is tempting....

Still, Grey Knights tend to jump into a fight and bring the short and bloody end for all those warp-spawns.
A titan would join in which way exactly? Teleport in like the GK?

Hell there are the Gray Knights they could do it. I could see them trying to one up Creed.

"Ok this is what we are going to do, you all have teleport homers we send you in and just stay put, and then this guy is going to get teleproted in", points to a Reaver Titan, "Creed has got nothing on us."

I don't know of any fluff I've read that confirms or denies if a Legio is stationed on Titan though..

The only issue would be time constraint but the concept and a model or two would be nice on the tabletop whilst facing a Deamon army..
That huge psy-cannon could rip through the vehicles.. While the flamer purges the troops..

I would have to say that they don't have their own titans but could call on them for aid.

Reasons being:
No chapter or inquisitor has their own titans.
Titans are not part of the inquisition or adeptus astartes
Titans are "Piloted" by Princeps not space marines.
Space marine training is in tactical battle not in the use of grand war machines such as titans.
The legio Titanicus is under the control of the adeptus mechanicus, who are fairly independant from terra compared to other groups.
Titans don't seem to fit the grey knight battle philosophy (Quick & Swift strike to end the daemonic) If the infestation that bad the planet would probably go through exterminatus unless in some rare case it was extremely valuable

liek soemone psoted there are Psi-Titans, which were listed in service during the 13th Black crusade although details on what they were /who oned them was classified. I presuem due to their very nature they'd be over seen by the inquistion.

The Imperium of Man is able to traverse the Warp with difficulty when their Emperor concentrates from his golden life support machine and lights the way. Unfortunately, because the Emperor has the attention span of the average 5-year-old Pokemon fanboy, this means that many an unfortunate Imperial ship has had the WTF WHERE'D THE LIGHTS GO experience, which in the Warp is invariably fatal.

Legio's(and their titans) are temporarily attached to military units like astartes chapters or guard regiments only on the duration of certain wars or as the legio's call it 'executions'. No imperial army 'owns' their titan, it more like leased to them by the priesthood of Mars (adeptus mechanicus), even then it normally sends just a few.

I don't think they do but that conversion/scratch build is fantastic.

Especially like the weapons to match GKs in power armour.

While they wouldn't "own" one, they may have a few that are pretty much only attached to them and the Ordo Malleus. After all, they would want to make sure that the Titan is sufficiently sanctified to be brought to bear against the corrupting forces of Chaos, and once that's done you'll want to use it pretty exclusively against the daemonic.

They wouldn't have any particular reason to look like a Grey Knight, stylistically, but it's not inconceivable that they would.

Anuvver fing - when they do sumfing, they try to make it look like somfink else to confuse everybody. When one of them wants to lord it over the uvvers, 'e says "I'm very speshul so'z you gotta worship me", or "I know summink wot you lot don't know, so yer better lissen good". Da funny fing is, arf of 'em believe it and da over arf don't, so 'e 'as to hit 'em all anyway or run fer it.

To think that the GK's would need a titan sized psycannon gives me the shivers , imagine the breadth of the daemonic infestation when that scenario happens.
Imagine a titan sized holocaust, titan sized nemesis weapon! Yahoooooo go GK!!!

Ditto. 1hadhq is entirely correct. The Titan Legions fall under the direct control of the Adeptus Mechanicus and their use is at the sole discretion of the Mechanicus.

There are, they are called PSI titans.

However titan legions are not under anyones control other then the admech but we dont know who could have control over a PSI titan legion.
Marines dont pilot titans but I would imagine a PSI titan could have wards and aegis armour and be crewed amongst others either a psychic choir or by untouchables.
(The GKs use untouchables in Mcneils books)
A null titan to use against daemons would be nigh unstoppable.

I also assume such a legion (and it exists, its canon fluff) would fall under some kind of mutual control by a select group of admech, inquisitor lords of malleous and grey knight grandmasters.

Psi-Titans are rumoured to be based within the Sol System so it sounds reasonable that they could have some contact with the Grey Knights, maybe. They still fall under the direct command of the AdMech though, via the Divisio Telepathica.

Ok so the gray knights homeworld is called Titan. Don't you think they would have some titans?

Also i think they would want to kill a daemon that was the size of Ka-Bahana (the one daemon who almost killed Sangiunus) with a psychic weapon that could devastate a daemon horde. (like angrons but at the time they though 100 terminators could do the job.)

I'm not sure if 'Titans of their own' is an accurate way of putting it. But, like most specialist forces of the Imperium, they would have likely worked along side Titan legios before, and would probably have one or two that they've become quite close with, and who would back them up on short notice if there was ever a need for massive firepower.

Q: How many Space Marines does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: None. The Emperor IS MY LIGHT!!!

And who commands the divisio telephatica?

Assembling, directing and deploying a titan force would take far more time then an SM company.

When there is time enough due to luck or proper divination and if the scale demands it I´m sure PSI titans often stride along the grey knights.
