Death-Dealing Ultramarine Devastator

So, my brother and I are thinking of buying some Forge World items (though we aren't sure what to get yet, and we don't even know if our mom will let us) but we wanted to know how reliable Forge World is on orders of about $50-$100, maybe a little more or less. How long would it probably take to get up here to the Pacific Northwest?
Thanks for the help.

It does take them a while. I placed a 50 dollar order and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. But they usually have good customer service, so you can always give them a call if you have concerns. They're plenty reliable, though.

It will take, like Endova said about 2 weeks--the caveat is if it's a popular model, it will take almost exactly 2 weeks(1 week for casting, the second for shipping+delivery).
Shave roughly a week off of that if it's something relatively popular/constantly in stock and aim for maybe 10-12 days.
I really don't get why people think it can be overnighted, processed, and then delivered from the UK to the US.

Don't get the express shipping.
Express shipping doesn't change how long it takes for them to ship it, only how long it takes to arrive once it has been sent. I once asked for express shipping and they shipped the items a month after I ordered them. Sure, they arrived within 2-3 days of them shipping it, but the extra $$$ wasn't worth it given that I had already waited a month for them to leave.
Standard shipping only.

Do not try email. It's like waiting for the Emperor to rise up again and lead the crusade himself! Call them by all means.
If the items are available it's quicker, expect two weeks at least. Security is pretty good,I had not had any problems with them online.

Very reliable; it may take up to 2 weeks to get there, but I believe only a handful of customers have never received their orders.
Also, if your parts are warped/damaged they will replace them free of charge.
