I think he's saying you don't have anything particularly good at dealing with vehicles. Now, at these points you aren't likely to see anything too big - but even armor 11 bounces everything except your warriors. If this is a concern, you wouldn't need to change too much for it - maybe remove the spore mines and a few hormagaunts, and add in a Hive Guard.
However, if you are reasonably confident that you won't be facing anything other than infantry, than this is a solid list. You've got close to 60 wounds for the enemy to deal with - that is a lot to handle at 500 points, especially with walking cover. Missile launchers will be the danger, if they are smart enough to try and instant-death the Venomthrope first, and then unload into the rest. But you will be getting into combat reasonably fast and doing some damage.
What enemies do you usually face? The big weakness I see for the list is dealing with 'tough' things - whether tanks, or big dudes like Wraithlords/Daemon Princes/etc. You might consider something like Rending Claws on the Warriors (maybe with Toxin Sacs) to make them a real threat in combat - and more importantly, provide at least some answer if you run into something the rest of the army can't deal with.

as above, if someone is a douche and runs a heavy vehicle (or cc dread) you can't crack it.
Drop the spore mines and give your warriors rending claws, maybe drop deathspitters too for adrenal for some light anti armor ability.
