Im having a lot trouble assembling valkyrie , mostly due to im assembling in a way that i can paint the interior.

Also any tips for the cockpit? it seems so weird , how do people paint them? and what type of glue do you use
to glue the clear plastic with the gray ones?

First, glue the cockpit window on LAST, after it has been painted. Cleaning paint off the clear plastic is a biatch! And even if you do, the clear plastic will look crappy.

When you do put the window on, don't put the glue on the clear plastic. Put a light coat of glue on the grey where it will attach, and then put it on.

Another method, if you don't want to wait to put the window on after painting, is to assemble the model (including the window), and cover the window with painters tape OR grease. Grease you say? Yes, grease. It will keep paint from getting on the windows, and then all you have to do is wipe it off.

Any idea for the gunners? I want to build them perfectly ( for once T-T )

Instead of greasing the canopy what if i just paint the paint on the frame part?

Are you talking about the door gunners or the pilots the door gunners are complete except for there arms and heads

Wooo.... how do i cut exact shape to use the mask tape on?

Yes , i dont know a good way to build the door / heavy bolter gunners without gluing them in during assembly

The reason I suggest masking the canopy (as sonofruss just gave a good example) is because if you get just a little paint on it, it will be noticeable. If you trust your steady hand not to get paint on the clear plastic, then go for it.

Like I said you could just paint the frame, let dry, and then attach the window. The goal is to inadvertently not get paint on the clear plastic.

Well alittle update , i sort of finish gluing 1 vendetta , minus the cockpit and the gunners . The interiors will not be able to be painted , but i think the guns
and the gunner would be possible though!
