Almost didn't want to post in that Avatar thread but couldn't resist, Google Chrome had these warnings about its first page:

This is why you need to use Firefox with Adblock. I Blocked all those damn annoying "adoptable" a long time ago.

RIP the nids I had Bob the level 616 Hormagaunt and Ned the level 497 zoanthrope.
They were fun at first, but now rather boring all they do is count up. Given the fact that they could possibly hurt Dakka Dakka and the people here, they will be abandoned.

Now I need to find something new for my sig

I have not seen anything concerning from heresy online. Either someone flagged the adoptables as malware because they were annoyed by them, or more likely, heresy's ad provider hosted some bad ads briefly which caused google to flag it temporarily as malware and hence the warnings from images from their site.

Either way, I'm sure it will sort itself out soon so am not bothering to do anything about it.

Yeah I got some Malware warnings from Dakka when opening pages in a new tab in Chrome. Clicking on the threads normally didn't seem to do anything bad.

Hi guys, as Legoburner stated the problem we were having was likely related to the ads we were providing.

I'm not entirely sure what caused google to flag us but they did for a day until I clicked for a review. Unsurprisingly the review came up clean and they removed the block.

We're monitoring the situation ready to drop bannerconnect if it happens again.
