Now I am a high school student doing a report concerning marijuana legalization and looking for some doctors to post their belifes as to the physical effects, both positive and negative thoughts please.

okay... you really shouldn't be using feedback from an online gaming forum in a report. You have no way of even varifying if anyone that answers is a doctor. And if you wrote something from this forum, how are you going to source it... A majority of doctors believes heavy marijuana use gives super powers (some random people of Dakkadakka)

There is a wonderful and new fangled thing called Google that will find things for you.

Go to the library and ask if they have ebsco or lexus nexus on their computers that can be used.

I am a Doctor. I believe marijuana is cool. I am usually stoned before every consult. It helps my clarity.

I don't think it has any physical effects, unless it does something crazy like slow hair growth or something. It's got a few mental effects I know of, but I guess that's outside the scope of your report.

That and the fact there are more carcinegens ppm then in cigarettes... that doesn't do anything... oh, and the stody in the news 2 months ago of lowered intelligence if used during young teen years... or the obvious results of being 'high' though temporary, impair driving just as much as DUI... oh, and reverse tolerance which lasts up to 28 days after use... so you can return positive weeks after use.

Note: I'm actually in favour of legalizing marijuana as a controlled substance just like tobacco and alcohol. I think that would actually increase awareness of the dangers of recreational use, reduce crime, decrease costs of prosecution and health care and generate tax revenue...

Bingo. Just like how not everyone smokes/drinks, legalizing marijuana isn't going to destroy our society. You can never stop addicts...

I'm not a doctor but I play one on Dakka. Marijuana will increase a mans virility and make him more desired by the opposite sex. It also helps you stave off the communists who want to drain your precious bodily fluids and poison you with fluoride in our water sources. It does nothing for women because they are not as evolved as males. You may quote me on that.

If you want something to quote don't go to a forum. You should quote books or documentaries. I suggest these two: Grass and Super High Me. Both should be easy to find and both consult doctors for their medical opinions during the film (as well as providing some excellent cultural commentary along the way).
