The current White Dwarf 361 shows a DA Battleforce on page 111. Anyone have any data on it? The set's not listed on GW's site.

Hmmmmm its being used to illustrate rewards for an "I want a store!" contest. Any chance they may be planning a new release? Would it make sense to lead people to think thats a possible reward for the contest?

The limited edition Chapter Master was in the "Limited Edition Boxed Army", not the Battleforce. Both the Boxed Army and the Dark Angels Battleforce were limited release items and are no longer available. The Ravenwing Battleforce is the only bundle deal from the last Dark Angels release that is still available.

That's an old ad they've been reprinting, like temprus said. There's nothing new for Dark Angels coming out any time soon, especially as their model range is very modern. I thought there was still a Ravenwing battleforce available, although I may be wrong.

Yup there is a Ravenwing battleforce available. I saw the ad and hoped they might have a new one coming.

I don't know why you'd want a new battleforce for Dark Angels or Ravenwing. Their models are beautiful. Now a codex, that's a whole different matter...

I'm not suggesting an upgrade to the models. Sets are usually a less expensive way to purchase units. I agree a new codex would be a good thing.

Ya, I am actually suprised they haven't raised the price on the Ravenwing Battleforce. You end up saving like $50 USD when buying it.
And you don't need a DA box. It'd be nice, but you can just buy a Space Marine box and a conversion kit.

That was the army box.

They don't make army boxes anymore.

It was a Dark Angels Master with a combi-plasma gun and a hood. It's a cool model and yes, was only available in the splash release army box. It was basically the spearhead that they usually release with a new army. I've got one hanging around.
