Flamer and melta have no synergy. Template v single shot, S8 v S4, AP1 v Ap5. In no situation would you want to use one with the other, you just have wasted points. I assume there are Chimera for these squads, as they would be very vulnerable, and no where near the rest of your army if you just left them behind. I don't know why you would even want to have 2
CCS. The whole army is mechanized, and thus can't receive orders.

ALL squads have Chimera with Multi-laser, Heavy Bolter, and HK Missle
You spent something around 150pts (assuming the
CCS are in Chimera) on
HK missles in this list. That's 15 single shot weapons, most BS3, so about 8 hits, shooting at what? Infantry would give you about 7 unsaved wounds. That's 130pts for less than a squad of dead. Or maybe you are shooting at Av12? After firing all of them, you will get maybe 2 Av12 destroyed rolls. And
HKs can't even pen AV14, so if you are only getting 2 destoryed at Av12... Av14 is going to be significantly worse. Eye blast you if any of your opponents are obscured. Against Av12 and lower, your multi lasers and autocannon will do a significantly larger amount of damage. Against heavier Av13 and Av14, you have melta... but you have basically damned your whole army to have to fight inside 12" - 6" of your opponent... which means they can assault you. Av10 rear armor means you are going to just start losing Chimera left and right. Your opponent will be free to chase down any squads you have driving out to objectives without having to worry about anything till they are within range. 4 of the squads there are basically 105 pt Chimeras. Each one of those could have been a Vendetta, or any number of other tank combination... each being ten times more effective. Again Flamers and Melta don't mix.

Again,
HK are crap. A ton of wated points. I assume the plan is to outflank these. I generally enjoy scout sentinels with
ACs for just this purpose. Side and rear armor are very vulnerable to this formation. However you basically wasted all your fast slots,
IMO the best slots the
IG army has available. Between Valkyries/Vendettas, and Hellhounds I have no idea why you would want to waste all 3 of your fast options on scout sentinels. Most armies could drop a scout sentinel with just regular S4 bolter fire. All they have to do is get a single weapon destroyed result and you might as well remove the sentinel, not to mention the squads you have will force any immobilized rolls up to destroyed. And open-topped guarantees high damage rolls. The point is, you simply have too many sentinels... and you are wasting slots/points that you could use for significantly better options. I would think 1 squad of 3 would have been plenty.

HK again, is a waste. Also it doesn't mix well with AP4 autocannons. basically means you would have to waste a turn firing at something that not all your weapons were effective at taking out. Again, squads mean immobilized = destroyed. Each squad would have to fire on one target. That is 14 shots at a single target. You should take fewer Hydra, and diversify the list... give all the squads some decent weapons.
Overall the list has a lot of weak casualties. No Av14 at 2000pts makes you very easy to take down. You have no anti
MEQ/
TEQ, and can only handle heavy armor if you can reach melee range. If you played a list geared for anti-mech, your list will crumble. You will lose if you play a game for Kill points. There really isn't a point in fielding a squad with no weapons... just to field a squad. They can't take objectives, and if they are holding something, they can't defend it. Tons of wasted points all over the list, which could have been used to upgrade squads or select more powerful tanks.
