This is my Raven Gaurd list that is a WIP right now. I've just about finished my 2nd Assault Squad and I'm looking to play this list this coming weekend. I was wondering if there were any minor tweaks or changes that could be made to this list. C&C welcomed. Thanks!

I'm trying to keep the list on the fluffy side for Raven Guard and I also just really like jump packs. I'm going to attach Shrike to one Assault Squad and the Chaplain to the other. Terminators are there to DS in to support the Assault Squads. Tactical Squads will more then likely be split into combat squads so I have have the 2 ML provide long range support while have the Rhino with the PF and Meltaguns move up. This makes sense in my head, not 100% sure it will on the table.

I have an extra 130 points to work with now. If I use less then 130 points for my last unit slot I can always put some points into the units I already am using. Digital Weapons for the SM Chaplain, Upgrade to Lascannons in the Tactical Squads, Extra Armour for the Razorbacks. I'm not sure if any of those upgrades are worth it? Even with all those upgrades I still have 70 points.
So my few ideas for the last spot are:
-5-man Scout Sniper squad
-Dreadnought w/2x Twin-linked autocannons
-1 Land Speeder w/MM & HF
-Predator w/Autocannon & either HB or Lascannon side sponsons
-Vindicator w/Extra Armour
What do you feel would be the best choice for my last unit in this army list?

First, I would revert the Troop transports back to Rhinos. You can still combat squad, but if you don't want to, you can transport them all. Using the razorbacks exclusively means you have to use combat squads or loops the transport cap. Also that would save you 10 points.
Second, the scout squad could be replaced with another tact squad, maybe in a drop pod with a flamer, combi flamer, power fist and a multi melta??
That still leaves you some points to throw around for upgrades. Digital Weapons on the Chaplin for example. If you have the points, go for it.
Another upgrade is a second flamer per assault squad. I hear that works well.

My first thought thought is that you seem to lack AV firepower. Giving the Assault Squads meltabombs is a good step. Also, consider taking Land Speeders outfitted for the job.
Scout squad is sorta meh... You've got a decent amount of Assault power. The scouts won't add significantly to that. Lose the scout squad, give teleport homers to the Tac Squads.
Instead of Rhinos, consider Drop Pods with locator beacons. (If you give them locator beacons, you probably don;t need teleport homers in the tac squads.)
Taking a Dreadnought with a drop pod could be a smart move, especially if you give them to your Tac Squads as well. Those three pods will allow you to drop two in on your first turn. Outfit the dread with a lascannon to help alleviate your lack of AV.
I wish I had my codex so I could give you more exact advice.

At this point in time I'm working with 2 Rhino/Razorbacks for my transports, as that's what I have right now. I many try out DP in the future but that means I have to buy/paint them and right now that's not what I want to focus on. I've never played a DP army so I'm not 100% if that's my thing but I'm happy with the Rhino/Razorbacks for now.
Meltabombs for the Assault Squad seems like a good idea. Just incase they run up against some enemy transport/tanks. As for the Land Speeder, will 1 w/MM & HF be able to make a different or do I need a squad of them?
Also my list is slightly skewed to the Raven Guard fluff. Not 100% by any means but I try to lean towards it when I can with sacrificing my army too much.

I think Pods are more fluffy for a Ravenguard force. But if you've already bought the Rhinos, then yeah, getting pods would be a waste.
A Speeder with the MM/HF tends to be a suicide unit. What'll usually happen is you'll launch it at a big, scary vehicle, the MM will do some serious damage, for sure, and then it'll likely get capped by something else in your opponents army.
Since you've gone with Rhino chassis transports, consider going for a proper mechanized army. Vindicators and some Predator loadouts are good at dealing with armor.

Oh for sure DP are VERY fluffy for Raven Guard. But I'm sticking with the Rhino/Razorbacks for now. I like being able to have a 10-man transport or a 5-man transport with some fire power. I've used combat squads for my Tactical Squads pretty much ever game I've played. Having 2 5-man squads with 1 heavy weapon in it can really bother an enemy. Takes a while before that last guy with a lascannon/plasma cannon goes down.
The Land Speeder sounds like a suicide unit for sure. I need to minimize the amount of those I have in my army I think. I've already got a unit with Shrike in close, my Scouts in close and the Terminators DS in near the Scouts so that's plenty of in-your-face-might-die-quickly units.
The Predator might win out over a Vindicator just because it has a more longer reach with it's weapons.
