I'm tempted to start up a Nurgley Chaos Marine army.

looks fine.
don't take havoc launchers. you're not going to get to shoot them if the rhinos are doing their job, moving your guys around, the gun isnt that good and it makes the rhino more expensive - and one of the few good things about a rhino is its cheap. also the terminators are going to die too fast to be investing 10 extra points in each one for 1 extra attack. give them all combi-plasmaguns. put power fists in all your plague marine squads as they are if a monstrous creature catches them in close combat they're doomed. take out the defiler put in 2 obliterators. take the heavy bolter off the dread and give it a multi-melta. glory to chaos.
