Hey everyone, I just about finished my Stegadon-to-Squiggoth conversion, and I figured I'd throw him up here before he goes up on Ebay!
Any comments/critique would be great!

The base is a little choppy, I used two clear cds with some gf9 sand for it, coupled with some arid grass and a couple guard bitz.

Most of the armour is done up in armies around my local shop: Space Wolves and Crimson Fists, while the Ultramarines on the Gretchin's gun and the Imperial Fists armour plate gives some more color. And despite the fact its a squiggoth, everyone knows dat da red wunz go fasta!

The gretchin on the side is my favorite, a little greenstuff work put the guard helmet on his head, with a couple of guard/marines packs on his back!

Anyways, thanks for looking everyone!

Hrm....

On e-bay you say?

Isn't a squiggoth 3-4x the size of what you just made?

There is two types of squiggoths. I think you are thinking of the Gargantuan Squiggoth. This one is about 1 time smaller than the normal squiggoth but still looks great. It is not over done and very orky. However, I would not want to be the orks walking next to these catankerous beasts.

I did say Ebay I need to finish up the glyph plates on the back of the howdah, and he'll be up within the week, hopefully!
As for the Squiggoth, he is a little smaller. This is the Forge World one:

I'm sure an opponent would let it slide though, and if not, he'd make a really sweet ork Trukk too!

@Pipboy: You wouldn't want to be the orks next to it? What about the gretchin on the horns?

Squiggoths are so cool. The only thing I dont like about them, is they cost more then trukks do lol.

I think you did a really good job on your conversion. And I agree, I wouldnt want to be an Ork that had to be near one of those. Good luck on the sale

Yeah, I managed to check the points value for the Squiggoth, and with the Zzap gun I armed him with, he's cheaper than a Valkyrie! I'm glad you all like him! As I said, I have to finish the glyphs on the back, but is there anything else I should add?

Mutation runs rampant amongst the ork population so this may be a "dwarf" squiggoth. Also If you look at forge world there are different sized squiggoths.
Nice conversion, thanks to you i just got an idea for my ork army.

I'm glad my piece could get those orky juices flowing I tried to do a Mr. Potato Stompa and it never worked out...I might have to jump back to it though!
