I have question. Can I move Orks in truk than unload them and start waagh move and than charge??? In rules this is not inpossible but than I can with this orks in secon run with luck move ork in truck - unload - waagh and charge . The rules says waagh is started and used in shooting phase. Than I can use this combination.

No worries.

Trukks are open topped by default, and as such you can do 4 things:

1) Disembark before the trukk moves, make your full move and assault *without* needing to call the waagh.

2) Disembark and move as above, but RUN having called the waagh. Normally you could not then assault as you do not have "Fleet", however Waagh gives you Fleet and therefore you can assault.

3) Move the trukk, disembark (but not move the unit, as per normal for getting out of a moving vehicle) and then assault

4) do as above, but Run! and then call the waagh - as befiore you now have Fleet and may assault after having made a run move.

If your vehicle is close topped then 3 & 4 do not work, even if you have fleet, as fleet only removes the restriction for assault after run, NOT assaulting after disembarking fmo a moving vehicle.

The Waagh rule simply allows them to assault after running. It doesn't change the rules about when they can run.

However, it is legal to run after disembarking from a moving transport (or one that didn't move, for that matter).

So yes, you can move the trukk in the movement phase, Call the Waaagh!!!, disembark and run in the shooting phase, and then assault in the assault phase.
