That list is SERIOUSLY lacking. I'd change the name to First Founding and more and then add the Traitor Legions as well.
But mine would be Grey Knights. I don't play em, but the fluff being that they strike down, kill, then leave. It's what all Space Marines are made for yet rarely seen done.

Grey Knights all the way. Heck of a learning curve to play them but fun. Also has great fluff.

Lion El'Johnson . . . so close to Chaos, and yet turned towards the slight glowings of the Emperor.
Plus they wear dresses . . . and who expects a cross dressing space marine to be as good as a usual one? =p

I like the Salamanders. No deep dark secret or vampirism. Not poster boys for everything, classical smith archetype, AND they actually co operate with regular humans much better than most any other chapter.
Of course, it was better before the current Space Marine Codex added Mr. He'Stan and now everybody and their mom plays sallies...

And yeah you got to love The Lion blowing up his planets just cos his best mate got pissed at him. Best fight EVER!
Also anyone who thinks the Ultramarines are the greatest chapter obvioulsy doesn't realise how predictable and beatable following the codex to the letter makes you . . . =p
