Hey guys, I am terrible at creating color schemes, and painting camo, how would I paint blood axe camo and what would be the scheme, I would like to go for a desert-ish color scheme.

if your battle plan is working, its probably a trap

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

Perhaps go with a bleached bone base, then a graveyard earth splotch with a bestial brown smaller splotch.

Kind of like the desert 3 colour, or the CADPAT-AR shown here: http://www.airsoftza.co.za/content/files/CamoPatterns2_0.jpg

But just search google for something you like the look of: http://images.google.co.uk/images?q=blood+axe+camo&hl=en&tbs=isch%3A1&sa=2&start=0

I've always liked Blood Axes with the 'urban camo' scheme myself...

If you wanted to do urban camo, I'd figure codex grey fatigues, with splotches of shadow grey, fortress grey, and black. You said you wanted to do desert camo though, which is a little different. I'd probably do a bleached bone base, with graveyard earth, bubonic brown, and scorched brown splotches.

Camo is very easy to paint. It's really just random splotches in close proximity to each other. Here's the camo I painted for my desert themed Ork army, Da Dezz'urt Ratz:
