The thread topic pretty much describes it. I haven't been to the site in a couple months. Now I can't even find any product at the website? I click a bunch of areas until I got to a gift section but it was blank. I don't think I'm victim of a misdirect worm...

Yep, some stuff kinda shows up, but it won't let me see any of there products.

Nope, it's playing up for me as well... The main menu isn't loading, and there's a big black hole under 'New Releases' on the front page.

Probably just a server glitch.

Thanks for the response, just wanted to be sure I didn't have a problem with my computer, I've been tweaking with my drivers and system stuff.

If you log into the website with a username and password you might be in for a surprise.

Their Twitter feed said the site was having problems. What surprise are you talking about, andrewm9? I don't see anything special going on...

Yeah I tried that one earlier and it worked.

I have had similar incidents ever since the new web layout.

Everytime I log into the company website, I get an error page that redirects me to a blank webpage. Immediately following this, if I try to access the GW home page, I keep getting redirected to this same blank page instead. In order to correct this, I have to delete history, cookies ect and then restart my computer. Really annoying as I can't order online without accessing my user account.

I had an incident the other day. Basically, the entire product list vanished from the site. I could see the main three "New Release" news reels, but other than that, nothing.

Anybody else think the site is a little poorly designed? Just seems kind of hard to maneuver around the site quickly...
