Temple of Zakarum

I'm just getting back into 40K and am really wanting to paint up the witch hunter I have. I'm not really sure where to start so I made this list off of what i have right now. My aim is to do a penitent themed list, but until then here it is.

HQ
Inquisitor Lord- inquisitorial mandate, force weapon, cc weapon- 126
Psychic power- his will be done- 15

Retinue- 3 crusaders, 2 combat servitors, familiar- 116
rhino- smoke launchers- 53

1 priest- eviserator -65

Troop
10 sisters of battle- 2 meltas, veteran with eviserator- 169

10 stormtroopers- 2 plasma guns- 120

The rhinos will run ahead of the crowd and screen the repentia and flagellents unitl they can get into the combat. The penitent engines will move forward as fast as they can to get into heavy flamer range and get as many things as they can before getting a power fist to the face. The exorcist is here to take out high T and armor models before the engines and sisters get into combat. I'm not exactly sure how to kit out and inquisitor, so I just leaned toward a more combat oriented inquisitor and will hope for the best.

Few S3,T3 guys could do outstanding combat work. Unluckily, an Inq Lord is not one of them.

Run 3 IST squad, with 5 men 2 special weapons each.

Penitent engines suck. More fragile than killakans.

Sister repentia also suck. More fragile than...walking boyz(They have cover save from kan-wall and KFF, correct?). The difference is that, boyz cost 6pts each.
