Nice the storm shields keep getting better and better! One question will you be doing a version of the shield without the hand on it for use with other chapters, chaos ect?

I've looked at your site in envy for quite some time looking at all the cool stuff Marines are getting. I rationalized it such that so long as they didn't have any Iron Hands or AdMech-ish stuff, I wouldn't feel compelled to start a marine army.

You may have made a marine player out of me, and and for that I hate you and my wallet will have a relationship with you in the future.

Joking aside, I will likely buy some of these gear shoulderpads even though I don't even play any Marine armies. I have been waiting for them for a long time. Now if only the Farseer gets released, I will make a huge order of "Space Elf", Xenomorph, and Marine bits.

I especially love how the look is very Pre-Heresy as would probably be expected in a tech-oriented army and the Imperium's mindset that older tech is superior tech.

Probably, I think the hand icon is too cool not to do a vehicle kit for... I rather it be a stand alone icon for use on many vehicles vs a specific vehicle kit.

I must say that I rather like the cog shoulderpad.

Your sculpting's definitely improving, Pyriel... These are lovely and crisp.

If you guys produced some Word Bearers or Nurgle shoulder pads I would definitely buy them.
Ad mech shoulder pads would also be awesome, those Iron Hands shoulder pads are close to it.

That actually depends on how well the cast will turn out but in all probability YES!

I just need you guys to help me out a it with chaosy concepts for that cog shield first. Cant really do a simple chaos compass on a cog shield, that would look kind of boring I think.
So if you want a chaos version of this one give me some good ideas on what to put there since chance is my slow brain wont figure that out in time all by itself

As it looks now, yes!
Its already started but due to concept ideas needing to be fresh its always in pause-go-pause mode.
That means if you would like an original armoured glove rhino kit then it will take some time or you could help out by contributing ideas.
Otherwise the alternative is a boring rhino with the same armoured hand all over every surface and I dont know if that would be drop dead boring or acceptable, I´m not an IH player.

The chunkiness of the glove was a deliberate choice. I could either opt for a flat hand silhuette or lots of detail with spiky joints and miniature rivets and with that a measure of originality.

For rank-and-file troops I would think the flatter, more basic shapes are better. The over-the-top detailed stuff should be reserved for characters. Just IMO, of course.

Not a fan of the new shoulder plates. A tad 'chunky' for my taste. Liking the new cog shield though, nice concept. Would be good to be able to buy without the fist though.
