Ok. Whenever i look into something slaanesh it is portrayed as something such as bdsm or sex related stuff.
But i ask why. Slaanesh is about more the just sex and realted to stuff like that. Slaneesh is about headonism and vainity.
Why is slaanesh alway portrayed this way?
Please let keep the mature.

well its not about the noise as much as it is about the pleasure of the noise. Slaanesh marines have extremely heightend senses which makes them get pleasures of nice being so strong at such levels. and i guess people think that slaanesh is the "sex" god because his description just sounds suggestive :/

Actually, it is because that is how they are portrayed. Daemonettes - Bewbs and lewd configurations.

Now look at a noise marine though. While it doesn't appear to be sexual in anyway, the vibrant colors and hysterical background could, to some, be seen as erotic.

Gamers tend to find sex to be the lewdest thing they can think of, but I agree. I believe Slaanesh as a God of the senses, indulging them in experiences so excessive that they melt away the senses to the point that the nerves will only respond to the most extreme stimulation. (I.E. only really loud noise will register to a Slaanesh worshiper, and only extremely exotic foods will register to their tastebuds)

Not in any serious way, else he'd have the Mark of Slaanesh. However he does seem to have successful perverted the striving towards perfection of the Emperor's Children into overweening pride.

Something to consider are the six layers of the realm of Slaanesh, where pride turns to vanity, desire into lust, want into need, and so on. It's kind of like a inversion of virtue ethics, where all the virtues taken to extremes are perverted into vices, like those fallen to Slaanesh perfect noble goals into hollow experience.

Codex Chaos daemons I think dose the best job of painting an image of what slannesh is about: total excess. Each one of slannesh's realms had a different vice. One was filled with daemonettes who were disguised as young maidens, another was filled with food so appealing that if somone started to eat it, they would eat will they exploded, and I think another was a place of beauty that would cause the observer to die of starvation becuase they couldn;t look/walk away.

Kudos to the person who custom builds a slannesh army what embodies the other vices, rather than sex. Daemonteets repersented by killer chocolate bunnies, feinds repersented by walking cakes with eyes and teeth, and the same Keeper of Secrets wearing a chef hat/apron and carrying a book that says: "to serve man" on the cover.

Just read "Fulgrim". Slaneesh is about excess in anything, and unreachable perfection. That's how the EC's got hammered.

How do you obtain pleasure?

Through the 5 senses; sight (bright colors, beautiful artistry, visually pleasing eroticism), taste(bit hard to portray, but could be a HQ eating the flesh of the dead or something), hearing (noise marines to a T, lots of speakers, instruments, etc), touch (leather outfits, piercings of sensitive parts, silk, lots of men/women rubbing skin against skin, cutting with blades), olfactory (probably the hardest to portray, but maybe fragrant clouds of perfume/etc wafting around or giant gas-mask-like masks that intensify smells of death/battle). There is also the mind which would be drugs, committing sexual and otherwise taboos (ritual bloodletting, self-mutilation, etc). Just the adrenaline thrill of combat can be the excessive pleasure of slaanesh.
