Hammerhead Gunship with Railgun, Burst cannons, Multi-tracker & Disruption Pod -165 pts

So, a classic gunline. The Shas'el is designed to join either of the Deathrain teams, babysit the broadsides or accompany the Helios team, depending on battlefield conditions, objective and enemy.

The Helios team are the Big game huntas, going after anything MEq TEq or MC, frequently supported by the Pathfinders for markerlight madness.

The two Deathrain teams go after any ligth-medium transports, or MCs if transports aren't an option.

The two FW squads with Pulse rifles form a firebase together with the XV88s and Pathfinders. The squad with Carbines go inte the Pathfinders 'fish and go claiming objectives / try pinning important enemy units with a little help from the pathfinders.

The XV88s and Hammerhead will be hunting heavy armour in the first rounds. When all armour has been dealt with the Hammerhead can start firing the submunitions round and the XV88s can move and fire their SMS.

So what do you think? Any thoughts or suggestions?
I'm rather new to Tau, so please, any C&C will be appreciated.

Looks balanced but this is a first turn army. You need to get first turn or they are going to get assaulted in no time. So get your best loaded dice and hope nobody notices since you need to be killy that first round of shooting. The amount of TL rail should be able to deal with alot but with smoke, KFF and other little toys out there it is a 50/50 chance of even doing anything. You do not have the flexablity to truly react to changes on the battlefield with only one transport.

If I was your enemy I would ignore the fire power can move stright in for assault since almost everymodel is better in assault than a fire warrior. If it is nightfight this army is pretty much toast.
