I call it a "Lictor Patriarch" - but use HT rules. Size compared with regular lictors:

Just an Aliens action figure (from ebay) + Carnifex and Malanthrope parts (and some green stuff).

The Revoltech Alien (although really expensive) might work well for a similar conversion.

Expect to be gluing a LOT of joints for that sort of project. Revoltech figures are always super posable.

Fantastic Alien-monster!

The Revoltech figures are usually about five or six inches tall, but the Alien might be different.

The description doesn't give the dimensions. Perhaps they won't know until it is released.
