Subject: Any ideas on how to get a Rokkit mounted on my trukk instead of Big Shoota?

Subject says it all...I've been playing Orks for about 3 months and JUST realized Trukks can get a Rokkit....Unfortunately the box doesn't come with the option and I was looking for ideas on conversion.

Visit the bits companies online and order the missiles from either the killa kans or the deff dred.

FW also has some rokkit launchas for vehicles.
You can also mount an ork with a rokkit launcha on/in the trukk to represent this...

Just cut off the Big Shoota off right after the mount. Then attach the basic plastic rokkit launcha to the big shoota. Use the blast shield from the launcha kit to cover the joint.

I have all my guns loose on my truks. The passenger seat can hold a guy with either a big shoota or a rokkit launcher.
I am not sure why you would want the rokkit launcer though - the BS of 2 really hurts. Usually I am moving my Truks as fast as I can to get them where they are going before they explode.

I just have an Ork with a Rokkit on a base and stick him in the Trukk. You can leave the passenger seat open and drop him in there. When you want a Big Shoota, just take a Big Shoota Ork and replace the other Boy. Simple and effective, and when you take a Weapon Destroyed result you just pull the Ork off the Trukk.

Having experimented with them, I can honestly tell you they don't pay for themselves.
For the rest, see the posts here - I used the rokkit pack from the killa-kans, cut it in half, and glued those rokkits to the end of the big shoota. Voila - propelled rokkit.

The big shoota is only used to protect the trukk from weapon destroyed results for free.
