Hi. I was thinking, and this is a kinda 'razorback' idea, but here goes!

PAT NSTC 50 pts (?)
BS4 Av12,11,10

Side sponson heavy bolters
Upgrade to side-sponson lascannons for: 50 pts
(upgrade to side-sponson plasma rifles ? for 35 pts)
troop capacity: 5 models
Firepoints: 2

Predators lose their carrying capacity because of the ammunition stowage and the reinforced armor.

I guess thats kinda redundant, when I could just as easily take a razorback.

And take an extra model.

I can see a case for allowing a rhino to take a multimelta or a heavy bolter. Its a pretty redundant idea as well.

Lascannons require massive power sources so just allowing lascannons to increase transport capacity is false.

If you think otherwise read the entry on LR & LRC, it mentions the LRC has increased capacity due to not needing to use space for the Lascannons power supply.

So what this appears to be, is a razorback with sponsons instead of a turret, fire points & +1 front AV. I just don't see a reason for this.

Sm has enough transports already, why would they want(or need) more?

Fire points: non(or maybe 1?)

Intention: creates extra firepower for the smaller troop choices, allowing for better protection and target selection

So its a Razorback with Hurricane Bolters.
