Very very nicely done. Have you per chance ever played the Xbox / PC game Enclave??? GREAT source of inspiration for you there. That game easily has the best architecture of any fantasy game I have ever played.

I really like that North Gate model!
And I do wish you'd branch out into Sci-Fi stuff - my INFINITY table is going to be needing a LOT of terrain help!

Yup, nice as usual. I've been narrowing down my initial purchases. Any chance of making more ruins? The corner ruin you have looks great. A variety would be terrific.
Anyways, great stuff. Will buy some soon, woohoo.

I'll look for some screenshots. Thanks for the heads-up!

I'm sure that'll happen eventually. I have four sci-fi models currently available, but they're kind of military themed. The "problem" is that within each genre there are countless styles to explore. I could make fantasy/medieval models for the rest of my life and never run out of possibilities. Even in sci-fi there are so many different possibilities. I understand Infinity is kind of anime-inspired, and that's a whole different look from future-gothic or future-military or future-alien, and so on. I just never know what's going to inspire me, and I try to design stuff that I'm interested in at the time. We'll see.
Rated G wrote:Yup, nice as usual. I've been narrowing down my initial purchases. Any chance of making more ruins? The corner ruin you have looks great. A variety would be terrific.
That Corner Ruins set is one of my best sellers, much to my surprise. I really should think about doing some more. I've done a few sketches for more ruins, so I'll aim to publish another one in the next month or so.

As usual, great stuff. I'm looking forward to being settled in the states so I can start collecting all these buildings.
With regards 'other' themes, I also understand there's a game of 'Battle Engines - Play it like you possess testes' that has a medieval/steampunk aesthetic which may provide a lucrative opportunity? Just a suggestion.

I've just released a Halfling House. (Because they don't all live in holes in the ground.)
Automatically Appended Next Post: Yes, steampunk would be a fun area to explore. It's on my wish list too. Automatically Appended Next Post: Here's my test build of a Dutch barn I'm working on now. This is the first time I've attempted a gambrel roof, so I'm kinda chuffed that it worked.

I have some that I use for Mordheim. They look great and are easy to assemble. Just need some more ruin-type options so I can have more buildings for people to enter.

I just bought the castle the other day. Loving it. Playing some siege this weekend. The watchtower has just jumped up to be next on my purchase list. After the ruins, that is.
I think MGS hit the nail on the head. It would be AWESOME to see those become a reality.

Thanks, gang! There's another ruin set in the works right now. I think it's a good idea to develop a handful of ruins models before moving onto other projects, so that's what I'm focusing on for the next little while.

This is my latest release. This one offers as many as 18 different looks for the walls, with a choice of red bricks, brown bricks and stone. You can add a layer of plaster-and-beams that covers the upper three stories, and an optional wooden attic texture. There are two roof textures to choose from, plus optional heavy weathering layers and more. You get 4 ladders, optional trapdoor openings, a short bridge piece and a long bridge piece so that your minis can move from one building to another through the holes in the walls, and optional support columns for extra stability.
