After thinking about the danger of phasing out,

And advice by thee others, here's my new Necron list:

Necron lord 100
Resurrection Orb 40
Warscythe 10
Chronometron 10

10 Warriors 180
10 Warriors 180
10 Warriors 180

3 Destroyers 150

3 Destroyers 150

My plan is:
Lord and warriors advance forward in a good phalanx/formation
Destroyers go "flat out" in first turn, and start move and shoot in 2nd turn

So how is it?

Not bad for 1000 pts. I wouldnt make the destroyers move flat out on first turn. I like to put them in the back and out of harms way since they have a 48' range(12 move 36 shoot). In any list, I like to have 4 necron warrior squads so I dont have to worry about phase out too much. If I can fit that many warriors in a list, I wont play at that pt range. Assualts are your rival here. If you get into close combat with anything, say goodbye to that squad. If you want to use more close combat, try putting in wraiths or scarabs, maybe flawed ones outflanking. Hope that helps

List

Remove the Chronometron. It doesn't matter if you roll double 6's, chances are whatever is assaulting you is going to be winning the sweeping advance.

I would consider dropping the warscythe if you're not facing terminators(even then it's a stretch). The Assault 3 krak missile stick(S8 AP3 Assault 3 12'') will serve you well and save you points, AND it's still a power weapon. If you make your destroyers into one squad of 5 instead of two of 6, you can free up another 50 points.

With those freed 60 points you can take A veil of Darkness on the lord. That's basically a free monolith portal except you can go anywhere on the field, and it can save your warriors/Lord a lot of CC pain(just warp right out lol). OR you can take scarabs to screen your units from CC or tie up mean ranged units(like SM Devastators or sniper type units). And, if your opponent is fielding vehicles, you may consider taking 3 scarabs w/disruption fields. Basically 12 Gauss weapon hits on the vehicle, with a 2 + cover save to when you turbo boost across the field. You have enough warriors for a 1000 pt list.

Tactics

Keep the phalanx formation, it's great. But don't advance far unless you're facing an exclusively ranged army(IG or Tau for example). Your destroyers do NOT want to turbo boost 1st turn, keep them back, they have 36'' range and move 12'', take advantage of both to harass enemies from afar. If your warriors are ever within 12''(rapid) range of an enemy unit looking to assault, it pays to have 3-5 scarabs to line up between the enemy and your warriors. This way they can still get their rapid fire(enemy wont receive a cover save unless the scarabs somehow manage to cover the enemy when looking from behind your models), but still stay out of CC.

All in all the list is a huge improvement and even if you make 0 changes, it will still be okay when fielded. I might try making multiple lists. I know I made a lot of suggestions and alternate suggestions, and it pays to be able to field more than one different list depending on your enemy.(For example: you wont need scarabs to screen you if you're facing a tau army, but if you're facing an ork army you will want something to bubble wrap your other units.)

P.S. I read in your last thread you liked your list because all the models were affordable. A good way to get ALL the warriors and scarabs, and MOST of the destroyers you'll ever need is to buy two battle forces. Then simple purchase a lord or two and you already have a decent army. And if you want to field a C'tan, they're pretty good ina 2500pt game. If you keep them out of heavy range fire(by hiding behind buildings or cover for example until you get to CC) they really pay off.

Do YOU think this is a competitive/cheese list, or a casual list?
