So I was thinking of useing jump packs from Space Marines assult squads and useing them as storm boy jump packs.
I have not seen this done and i think it would add some flavor to my Ork army and
of couse they would have battle damage and other orky things.

Go for it, just make sure they look looted.

Try attaching them orkily so chaining them to orks or having an ork hanging off of it.

what i have seen before done is as allready said, attach to random places, i have seen one standing on top holding onto some chains while others just hanging on,

I love making one-off converted squads. I've got a Chaos Marine squad I built out of Warriors of Chaos from Fantasy and gave Bolters and Chainswords to.

I've dreamed about doing some Orky Stormboyz with Tau Gun Drones chained to their backs, with a wire remote control leading into their hands....

Put a grot in the back by the thrust getting burnt. And I love the idea of an ork just hanging on by a chain.
