Where women glow and men plunder...

So, for my upcoming army of space marines, I'm looking to challenge myself a little, artistically, so I'm planning on modelling cloaks on just about every model and I'm wondering which putty I should use.

Citadel's green stuff? Another epoxy putty from another manufacturer, or something else entirely?

Help me, ye wise men of Dakka!

If you take a look here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/242387.page
you'll see that whatwhat recommends using milliput to create a base for cloak type work as it's stronger than green stuff and allows for easier creation of folds.
