these marines are very well painted! i really like them and IMO you should go full speed ahead with this scheme

the painting is really well done
however, i think there is too much red...
dark angels are supposed to be... er... dark...
but the red makes em look a little clowny and too bright

i agree with krusty. i think your painting is very well done i think the colour palette needs to be re thought though. the 3rd company is the only DA company that would feature alot of red ( because their company emblem is red) i do think that you could get away with the red trim but it does look to xmas clown like on the tanks/rhino

With the amount of time it looks like you put into it, keep the color scheme the way you want. As a fellow member of Team "Pimp My Codex, Please", you've earned it.

My only critique is drill out the guns

I think they're excellent the way they are. The red helps them stand out. I especially like the shoulder pads and the glyph on the sergeant's powerfist.

I usually think that Dark Angels have a very droll, uninteresting color scheme. These however, are vivid and exciting, and really draw the eye.

They are a good contrast to my dirty, kicked around Dark Angels.
