Hi im slightly new to warhammer 40k and im buying space marines scouts(not with the sniper rifles) and I was wondering how do you assemble and paint them?
Any help plese.

The scout kit is multi-part plastic, meaning all the parts are either completely assembled (such as heads, weapons, or legs) or you need to attach them together (such as torsos, arms with shoulder pads, and most vehicles). You first assemble the torso, notice how the top and bottom are concave. Then you glue the legs onto the bottom of the torso, since the area you attach to the torso for the legs is convex it allows you to shift your model into the desired pose. Then after establishing your legs, you glue the head on. There are a variety of heads, so pick whatever one you want. After that you glue the arms onto the side of the marine, being sure to make the model is holding the rifle correctly. After that you are free to attach whatever bitz and backpacks you want.

Thanks everyone for the help when I opened it I saw that it was just legs,body arms,one shoulder pad and head and the was a whole heap of arms and guns left.

Thanks Breotan for showing me the link to the tutorial I was thinking about making a kneeling down heavy bolter sniper scout with a cloak over him so watch this space
