The list needs something that can move "sideways". Any sort of march blockers or skirmishers will give you fits. You may want to add units of marauder horsemen, spawn or even a chariot.

But I will say this is one tough list. I'm having trouble imagining what army could challenge it from the front.

probally the only problem i see here, is your exalted is frenzy, and your knights are not. so either hes running solo, making him prime target to bait and smash, or hes leaving the knights at first opurtunity. in either case, i would suggest giving the knights a MoK, and perhaps loosing one of the giant blocks of warriors for either maruders and or warhounds. those will still maintain your strong center punch with all those warriors, but the maruders give you a solid flank block, and allow you to setup a nice flanking charge for whatever your warriors hit. the hounds can act as screens for your crazy knights/exalted, and maybe even bait some stuff into charge range. never played with a hellcannon before....my personal choice is a slanesh giant, but hey, if the cannon blows up some guys go for it.

The wall of steel army looks good on paper, but in my experience it doesn't work at all well in practise. Simply, people won't engage your powerful units. They'll shoot them, bait them into a corner, go for the flanks, etc. As has been said, you need more manoeuvrability.

Like the re-write.
Where will you deploy the Ogres? If you put them between the two WoC units, it would be rather hard to bait them.

Check the magic points on the Nurgle wizard. I think your over 50 pts.
