Got some money for a birthday and have racked my brain for a month now trying to think of something I want. Ultimately I decide things are not worth the investment or something I won't get around to doing like starting a new 40k army. So, here's the question: If you had $150 to do with as you see fit, what would you buy?

Runnin up on ya.

Put it in a savings account until something comes along that you can't live without (a new unit/codex for your army) or add to it over time and buy a titan or something.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

1 Jr. Bacon Cheese Burger from Wendy's.

And for a real serious answer related to 40k, I would invest in some ork bits, build models from them, and sell them.

Stick it in the bank mate, if you blow it on stuff just for the sake of spending it you can guarantee that next month GW or FW will release something you actualy want!

The above poster has some pretty good advice, though

Put it in the bank till you can come up with something that you actually want. Or preorder a cool video game.

Well, I've toyed with the following ideas:

GW Scenery and Terrain
Eldar since I've got bits and pieces already and an Exarch for nearly every type of troop.
Daemons since I got quite a few already for my CSM

Tough call. $150 is enough bank to be considered serious cash, but it's not enough to buy *really* expensive stuff.

Sig indicates you've got plenty of armies. Terrain isn't a bad idea. Even if you build a board yourself the damn things seem to cost $80+ for materials. GW stuff only gets pricier faster. Nice part is you'll be able to use it for whatever.

I'm not like them, but I can pretend.

MMmmm... Fat Tire Ale......

I would probably spend it on terrain. I usually build a table when not collecting an army. I am currently working up to making a Forgeworld terrain table (as in the table is a Forgeworld not made of resin by Forgeworld).

To be perfectly honest, if I had $150 to spend on models, without actually needing any models, I might be inclined to blow it on a big Forge World kit.

Hooker and a couple of lines?

Better value than buying from GW, anyway.

At least you know you'll be screwed over.

Didn't say what the lines were of.

Could be bleach, could be borax. If you were expecting coke for that, forget it. Ground FW is still cheaper.

I can't imagine what Borax would do if snorted... I've seen what it did to several colonies of ants in my yard....nasty stuff.

Go to feebay and snatch up some of that well earned MILF love that the little tykes don't want anymore, there is many a deal to be had.

Or

Look over on the swap forum here and see if theres something there that you might like.

Don't buy directly from GW right off the bat. You can do a heck of a lot better then the spweage that they sell to get you into the game.

Maybe a unit or two, but don't blow the whole wad on it all right away.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

$150? You could probably get a couple hobos to fight to the death for a wad like that.
