Vehicles that Deep Strike count as having moved at combat speed, which means you need a 6+ to hit them in close combat unless you first immobilize them, in which case you then automatically hit.

That's totally what I meant...

I hate the combat/cruising speed names, they're always just too similar in my head and I often mix 'em up when I'm trying to say one.
