I'm going to use this blog to keep track of the following "under construction" armies I have:
Army 1: Space Wolves - In Progress
Army 2: Death Guard (Chaos Undivided) - In Progress
Army 3: Tyranids - TBA
Army 4: Pre-Heresy Night Lords (Using BA Dex) - TBA
As you can see my Alligator mouth bites off more than my humming bird butt can chew
Space Wolves:
Wolf Lord on TWolf - I went with the Armorcast Sturmwolf here, I liked the more aggressive and less cartoony look over others. Still some small cleanup to do
Iron Priest on TWolf - Not really happy with how the wolf turned out. In contrast I'm VERY pleased with the Priest himself.
Rune Priest - I'm going for a mid-battle look for my space wolves hence the chipped armor
Wolf Guard - Just showing more of the battle damage
Razor Back - This is one of my 6 pieces of armor I'm putting on the field along with the TWolf Riders and some Fen Wolves
Death Guard: I'm debating putting this army on eBay once its complete as I'm beginning to annoy my wife with all of my "Toys"
DP 1 - Simple conversions and GS work, The Terminus wings give it flare but still keep within the 50% GW model constraints
DP 2 - This one will be replaced by my own Mortarion conversion
Greater Demon: This one was dubbed "Big Poppa" by my IG playing friend as he's just a titanic model and not the easiet thing to put down either. He has been removed from the list due to lack of room, but is just too fantastic to leave out of the blog
I will be ordering 5-6 sets of the red scorpion upgrade kits from FW to start on my Night Lords in the near future as well as getting with Neal over at the Warstore about placing my order for the Tyranids. I'll, hopefully, do a good job of keeping this updated.

Solid, appealing, visually pleasing paintjobs! They look great.
Only a minor quibble - your Razorback's been let down a tad. Maybe give it a wash of Black, maybe with a little bit of brown mixed in to get definition between the armour plates. And maybe get some mud splashes along the bottoms of the armour plates nearest the tracks?
Good work anyway.

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags. |

I was thinking that it was lacking something. Would you recommend using an acutal "Wash" like Badab black with devlan mud mixed in? Or just a bit of black mixed with flowaid and water along with like a charred brown?
The only thing that made me hesitant about throwing mud on it is the iceworld bases I had made, do you think it'd contrast too much? I've tried snow weathering and believe me when I say Never Again.

Your Razorback is lacking iconography. Space Wolves are big time decorators, not only because of superstition, but also because it shows the vehicle's history. I think some chapter colors and some wolf tails and other knick-knacks would do it good.

You can get some fairly reasonable "snow" effect weathering just using white and light blue paints. I'm sure I saw a tutorial for it somewhere, so I will try and find it for you. You might also want to drill out the barrel on your Razorback. And as Lorgar's_Blessed suggested, you need more SW icons and colours on there to liven it up. Your DP wings look fantastic Otherwise very solid work, great stuff

Will do on the iconography.
I'd be very grateful for that snow tut link as I tried using snow flock and that just resulted in a 5 day paint-strip-a-thon.

This site may give you some ideas on how to weather snow using weathering powders Not really snow, but using weathering powders, which if using a slightly lighter shade could make very good snow. Some very simple painted snow weathering I really can't find where the hell I saw that tutorial, but you can use weathering powders to do snow effects really easily, otherwise you can search dakka for any of the weathering tutorials using paints, and duplicate them with whites/ice blues to create snow rather than mud weathering. Sorry about the search-fu failure. If I find it again, I will send you a link.

Solid painting, especially on the dp! btw, how do you do your battle damage? It looks awesome and would like to replicate the technique.

Thanks for the comments.
The battle damage technique is pretty simple. Tear off a section of sea sponge and dip it in some black paint, dab a good portion off onto a paper towel and then just blot your miniature. The trick is to not over do it. Some people have gotten good results just using a brush, but I can't seem to wrap my brain around "Random" so this was my solution.
Here is my Razorback after the suggestion to wash it with a thinned down mix of black and brown, I like it, I'm now wondering if I should give all my guys a wash of this once I've finished painting them? I'll try to get a test mini up later tonight.
I still have to drill the lascannon barrel and finish up the lights

Not really much of an update (I'll have a bit more soon) but my FW order finally came in!! Well 1 of 2 anyway.
Behold the MKIV scorpion kits for my preheresy Night Lords!
FYI each pack is enough to convert 10 Marines and 1 Srgt, which is a pretty decent deal for 23 bucks. I'll also be posting when I get my chapterhouse jump packs in.
