as said on the title of the topic verry embarising but roughly a year ago i was banned for ermm borrowing stuff i know outrageous but i was a poor and delinquent person then and the regret i got that day was unimaginable. i absolutely love playing and painting but the past months i feel like im the old man in the cave who was throw out of town. *plus was in hospital and had surgery now i got bionics in my leg!*

now heres where i need your help - otherwise i would not have posted this thread >.>

how do i attempt to lift the ban

am i marked as traitor extremist for life?-will i have to repent my self in a silly costume *k sorry getting a bit off topic*

would i call or show up at the shop

would it be good if they do let me in that i buy some stuff to show that i buy stuff?

see i am not very confident on what to do so if any one can want to understand/hate/love/PURGE AND CRUCIFY me add some advice or personal oppinion

flaming and lectures are allowed

I'd say find a new store, and sin no more.

Though I have to ask. Were you "borrowing" from the store itself or from other players?

An Australian, stealing things? What's the world come to?

Hah, but seriously though, just buy online. I see no reason why they'd let you back for asking nicely.

store itself, off players would have been worse so i'd never go there

welcome to australia we stole this country . yeah the only reason i want to go back is that its a battle bunker and is so much more conveniently easier to game and stuff than at other clubs, and easier to travel to

plus i buy all my stuff of ebay now its so much cheaper!

Yea... find another shop. And start praying to the Emperor.

as said above about other clubs, but i will try that

How old were you when you were banned?

How do they remember you after a year? were you a regular?

was aboot 14-15 im 16 now, i wouldnt say regular but i have gone enough times to be noticed. so they would remember me? i gues

Your fethed in that shop then, at least, if it were me calling the shots.

Assuming the same manager/staff are there and you are known to them:

It may be better to phone and speak to the manager first.
Apologise, and ask if it would be possible to arrange a probationary period

If the manager says no then so be it. The worse that can happen is that things stay as they are.

Hopefully you will get another chance to prove yourself trustworthy and that the lesson has been well learned.

Have you ever asked them directly what you asked us?

Like if its perma ban and such or for how long or what can you do to lift the ban etc etc

Yeah, I can't really think of a good reason for them to let you back into the shop - you've stolen from them, and you've just admitted that you buy all your stuff on ebay. So you basically want to just hang out there? What's in it for the owners? If it was my shop, and you tried to come in again, not only would I kick you out, but I would kick your head in for good measure.

Find a new shop, and try to be less of a ball-bag in future.

The problem with "big business can afford the loss" is that they really can't.

I love the people that say they shoplift because the prices are too high.

Duh. If Best Buy wasn't dealing with 1,000's of shoplifters across the world on a daily basis cd's and movies wouldn't be as high as they are.

Not to mention if you feel the need to steal a $10 cd then get a job bum, work for an hour or 2 and voila...enough to buy a cd.

--The whole concept of government granted and government regulated 'permits' and the accompanying government mandate for government approved firearms 'training' prior to being blessed by government with the privilege to carry arms in a government approved and regulated manner, flies directly in the face of the fundamental right to keep and bear arms.

“The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.”

Reading that sentence makes me sad.

Seems like you didnt regret your actions after all.

Sure you regret getting caught and dealing with the inconvenient consequences , yet your sentence speaks another story.
