I had to ask this because other players in my group got this weird notion, and I have to pretty much use you guys to prove them wrong. I know what the letter of the law is in the Necron Codex. So, I'm pretty sure I already know the answer, but I'm gonna check with you guys just in case, and to take care of confusion with everyone else.

If I get dropped below 25% Necrons before my next Movement Phase (and subsequent WBB rolls), do I automatically lose even if the game ends before I have another Movement Phase to make WBB rolls?

Example: It's turn 7 and I started with 12 Necron models, and I need to be taken down to 9 or less to get to the 25% mark. By the end of the turn for both sides, I have 7 models standing and 5 tipped over, ready for their WBB rolls. But since it's the end of turn 7, there won't be another chance to make (or fail) them.

Also anther little question inserted here: Does the Particle Whip have a arc of sight?

I seem to remember the Particle Whip is taken from the crystal in the middle. so pretty much 360 degrees.

You ONLY phase out *after* you make any more WBB rolls. If you cannot make any, as you dont have a turn, then you cannot phase out.

From the Necron 5th edition FAQ

Q. Can the Monolith fire its particle whip and
gauss flux projectors in the same turn?
A. No, the Monolith cannot fire the particle whip
(as it is an ordnance weapon) and gauss flux
projectors in the same turn. The particle whip
uses the large blast marker and its range and line
of sight are measured from any of the Monolith’s
weapons
.

Phase out only occurs after all WBB rolls have been made.

If you do not make WBB Rolls (because, the game has ended on turn 7) Phase out never happens.
