Nice. However, I'm a little unsure on the piper. And does anyone else think the Champion's helmet looks like pigtails?

I assume it's historic, but easy enough to clip.

And like all other plastics nowadays:

Vitrix announces to bring hoplites as well.
So for all historical players:
Napoleonic players - 2 manufacturers
Romans - 2 manufacturers
Celts - 2 manufacturers
Greeks - 2 manufacturers
Numidians - 1 manufacturer
Acient germans - 1,5 manufacturer
And in size: these greeks are fully compatible with wargames factory models.

Wow those are pretty darn cool. Might make a really nifty alternate WHFB type army if one doesn't play historicals. It is nice to see so much historic army love, even if I prefer 15mm to 25mm for large rank and file fighting.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House! |

I think Macedonians will come eventually, also Carthaginians and Persians. We need to see some plastic cavalry and elephants too.
Not that I play 28mm Ancients but it's great to see the benefits of plastic being extended to historical ranges.

Either the demo models were rushed together, or there's some minor fit problems with some parts.

What is the scale on that box of Greeks?
Do they have Spartans?
great find.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

All of the figures discussed in this thread are 28mm.
Vitrix will be creating Spartans in plastic - although there are some rather nice options available in metal today http://www.gorgon-studios.com/shoppe/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2_5
