Subject: Fleeing troops count as destroyed for Kill Points?

Couldn't find this in the rulebook but stands out to me as it would be a change from previous editions. Do fleeing troops count as destroyed at the end of the game for Kill Points purposes?
If not then this would be a change from previous editions where a unit fleeing at the end of the game gave up its full victory points.
Am I missing something in the rulebook? Is this just a change that I never picked up on (I mean seriously, who has troops running at the end of the game)? Am I just dumb?
Thanks for your help Dakka!

I believe it's in a section along the lines of "Ending the Game." I know it says fleeing units are removed from the table, and I'm pretty sure it says they count as destroyed.

Yes. They are removed and count as destroyed at the end of the game, and surrender KP.

SRB p.45.
"If any model from a unit that is falling back moves into contact with a table edge, the entire unit is removed from the game and counts as destroyed...."
The corollary is that a unit which is falling back and does not get sucked off the edge, hasn't been destroyed, so it does not count for KPs.

It doesn't count for KP, until the very end, when all Falling Back units are removed.
